RISK ASSESSMENTS

In the construction industry clients have a number of duties and responsibilities under Health & Safety legislation. We can help to advise you on these. Sherwood Surveyors take health and safety seriously and all technical staff hold The Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) 'Managing Safety Certificate'.

We can help advise clients or work with them to analyse risk and prepare appropriate risk assessments. When undertaking this role we are able to use our expertise to identify and evaluate the levels of risks involved in a situation.

We work with our clients to help them determine the acceptable level of risk. We often do this by comparison against standards or benchmarks. Risk assessment documentation can be prepared as and when required to suit the nature of your business.
